Home survived Helene with less than 1ft of water intrusion that mainly affected the flooring and lower portion of walls. Electrical boxes all upgraded. 2021 home had new roof and solar, new hot water heater and AC, and new advanced water filtration system. More recently new all new Pella windows with a lifetime warranty and new front door. Home has been treated for termites in the past but some prior damage isolated to the front room under front window that was uncovered when remediating.
