Great location, wonderful views, gorgeous amenities, excellent concierge services and of course wonderful residences with thoughtful layouts, spacious rooms and private elevators. This unit on the 12th floor is a much preferred level as the height from the balconies and on the interior, is close enough to see the activity on the waterfront and parks across to other neighborhoods, but high enough to have panoramic views. 2 parking spaces for the condo.
