From the boat basin and canal, you're just a few minutes by boat from the ICW and some of the finest fishing around. A quick drive takes you to Sarasota's most beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches...or to modern marinas. Not only are the beaches close but shopping, theatres, the Ringling Musuem are a quick drive. This villa has been well maintained. In October of 2021 the owners had a Plumbing and Electrical Inspection, and all equipment passed. The Electrical Panel is only 9 years old, the A/C is 9 yrs., the Water Heater is 8 years, and it has a temperature relief valve on top.
